In line with Chapter Four, Article 13 of the constitution, see below, the following process will follow for the election of board of directors of Africa Facility Management Association:
- Only eligible members can vote and be voted for – see Chapter Three Article 2
- Nomination/expression of interest will be open to all eligible members
- Nomination/expression of interest will be submitted 2 months ahead of the election
- Election will hold on the first day of the annual conference in October in Kigali
- Elected directors would be sworn in as part of the closing ceremony of the conference
- Offices to be contested for are, in line with Chapter One, Article 10.a. are as follows:
